Cultural curator IfeMichelle Gardin will lead this virtual workshop to help you write a captivating artist statement in a supportive environment. Artist statements are crucial to advocate for your artistic practice, position yourself for success in applying for creative opportunities, gain exposure, and express your practice’s purpose to other arts professionals.

2 pm - Debut of a new performance art piece by Solos artist Kathie Halfin and Julia Santoni

3 pm - Musical performance by Nick Grunerud (Underwear) as part of FEED’s installation

This reception will run 1 - 3 pm, but our doors stay open until 6 pm — plenty of time to mingle and explore!
